after a careful research on the methodologies on the creation of tunnel models, I have decide to open this discussion.
Do you have any scripts Dynamo available that allow me to extrude a Mass family along a 3D polyline imported from CAD?

You need a line based type of family here, Mass is point -based
I created this example (without dynamo) with an adaptive family profile within an adaptive family. When the polyline is 2d it works. while if the polyline is 3d profile rotates without maintaining verticality.
