List sorting and combining // multiple sloped panels in radial grid

What I am trying to construct are muliple sloped panels between radial placed horizontal beams.

Somehow moving and rotating a list with points did not work out so I contstructed a radial pattern (elevations, segments) based on curves and ended up with 3 lists (startpoint, endpoint and intermediate points) but how to sort/reorder the lists to make closed 4-point polylines as shown in red on the screenshot ?

First of all the points on the curve should be merged in the right order then a loop to create the closed polycurves, but how?

In a later stage negative offset + extrusion are applied

And how to make a structural beam below/between the planes; I need to flipflop somehow the lists so I can attach a beam to it ?!
