Any ideea why bimorphnodes Linkelement.GetParameterValueByName returns (WallType) inside of parameter value ?

Because the value of the Family and Type parameter is the Wall Type Element. It is working as expected. What are you trying to get?

Thanks for your reply! I am trying to get Type Name. Gives the same output when I use Type parameter name.

Use the Element.Name node after getting the type.
