Issue to duplicate types of Family from Excel

Hello there;
I’m trying to create a Script to to duplicate types of Family from Excel ,but I faced issue FamilyType.Duplicate as shown doesn’t read any value except first item
What wrong with this node “FamilyType.Duplicate”

and be sure you have unique names

Looks like you should be using Index 1 for family, and Index 2 for type based on what I can see.

As @sovitek notes, all the names have to be unique, at least in the same family.
