Identify floors just below rooms

Hi All,

I have created all the finish floors for my project and need to transfer room data into them but I couldn’t find a way to identify what floors belong to what room.

I have tried to identify them by using the room boundaries node but floors are not included in the results.

Any idea how to achieve this?

Hi John,
This looks really promising, however from the RayBounc.ByOriginDirection Node I get the following warning;

“Warning: RayBounce.ByOriginDirection operation failed.
Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: geometry
Internal error, please report: Dereferencing a non-pointer.
Internal error, please report: Dereferencing a non-pointer.”
