How to set a filter in a nodes script

I am trying to make a list (part of a much larger problem) with rooms from a linked model that have families placed over them in my host model. Archi-Labs “Get All Elements from Linked Model” pulls a list of ALL rooms when I add the Rooms category. How do I add that exception so it does not list the empty rooms?

I tried the archi-lab node and it did not filter the rooms from the linked model that did not furniture placed over them in central file. it just listed [0] empty list and [1] Empty list, see screenshot of a test situation I cooked up
