How to export dynamo in revit 22 into just revit 22

exported the dynamo in revit file as and STL yet i cannot open the file into revit, tried converting it to an OBJ file online but cannot work it out

uff… i can`t follow you. at least you can restore a revitfile via Backup-folder.
