I am new to Dynamo and i am unaware of modelling scope of the dynamo.
I want to create a simple control valve for a Revit family, which I usually create in modelling software and then export to revit.
Is it somehow possible to create a PARAMETRIC valve geometry using dynamo and reduce my time and efforts?
please suggest me some good methods or already implemented relevant project.
You would still have to end up with a parametrically functioning family in the end. The question then becomes: “Is it faster to create a family directly in Revit or write a Dynamo script that does all the same work for you?”
For a singular family it would almost definitely be much faster to create the family yourself. Especially if you have little to no experience with Dynamo.
