How can I rotate (or flip) a Revit family instance during or after placement?

I’ve been trying to figure out how to control the rotation of Revit Families created with Dynamo. Transforms and Rotate nodes only seem to work on Dynamo geometry and not Revit Family Instances. I’d rather not introduce Rotation parameters to the families due to ref.plane issues, etc. (I know it can be solved with nesting, but yeah…)

Any clues?
