I would like to know how to set the instance parameters of the “Title” loaded on the viewports Title parameter.
I am talking about this family that I opened from the Family Project Browser
I can get the viewport type though, but not the family instances
Something Revit just isn’t going to let you do. View titles are by type only. Notice than even though you are trying to make the dimension instance based, it only shows up as part of the type. Not in the instance property panel. Unfortunately, this approach isn’t going to work the way you want.
So make the parameter as Family Type Parameter then? Can you access the type and change Parameters in Dynamo?
Yes, but I stil don’t think that is going to get you where you want to be. You will need one viewport style (type) each with its own unique viewport title type. So, you might as well make all the types you need up front.
Then you just switch the viewport style.
