Welcome to the comunity, seems you are doing correctly, but the point by coordinates will give you a point into Dynamo, will not create any instance into your .dwg file, becarefull, points and cogo Points are not the same object type in autocad, you must have the package Civil3DToolkit in your dynamo to create both, points and Cogo Points, search similar topics in the forum!
