In Dynamo for Revit package CivilConnection 2020 has a script Shape
Please, please add them to the program Dynamo for Civil 3D, data for corridors - applied subassembly shapes, GetCodes…

create a Surface.ByPatch() and then call .Area

If you read the message over the yellow nodes it will tell you that the points are coincident. Use Point.PruneDuplicates()

I have a problem, I have installed the “CivilConnection2020” package, but as you can see in the image it has not been added within the “Add-ons”.
