Dynamo (1.3.1.1736) within Revit 2017 displays geometry just fine (a cuboid node with default values), however when using the same cuboid node in Dynamo Studio 2017 (1.3.1.1736) there is no geometry displayed. Any ideas as to what the issue may be?
Can you send a screenshot of each and confirm that geometry preview is enabled in studio?

It happened to me as well. I solved it by installing and updating Dynamo Studio via the Autodesk App
