Fire Rating at Closures

I have created this dynamo script but I am having problems.
The following problems are:

  1. I can replace the value 0 and value that 33.75 by another value of 45
  2. I can’t join two booleans and combine the list
    My logic is every door hosted on all should follow these Fire Rating closures except for those that are 0 and 45 should read 45 every time
    All other fire rating on closures should take that of the wall and x0.75
