Filter to specific family and create Family Dropdown

I am creating a sheet and I need a title block. I would like the user to be able to select a title block from the list. At the moment, I can find the name of the title block in Family Type node, but it also gives me a tons of other families. Is there a way to filter that, so the dropdown shows only title blocks and output that as a FamilyType to feed Sheet.ByName… node?
I am struggling to find a solution.

These are interesting but they wont give me Elements.FamilyType as output

You have to build the list of title block types yourself.
