Can i calculate the facade area of a conceptual mass with dynamo?

Yeah, something like that, but i was thinking to create a schedule with the facade area.

Revit already calculates the surface area of a conceptual mass

You would need to separate out the vertical (or near vertical) faces for just the façade- so could use Dynamo for this
