Would anyone be able to advise how to collect Exterior Wall Area and Length associated with a Room?

Get the room boundaries via the room.boundaries node. From there you can get the wall types and parameter values for function, and then get the length of the curve at that index in the list. Assuming you want the area of just the room you can then multiply the sum of the lengths by the room height to get the area.
