Export Parcel Data Intersecting with an Alignment in Civil 3D

I have a map with parcels designed in Civil 3D, and I am currently designing a piping system using an alignment.

Is there a way to export the full parcel data for only those parcels that intersect with the alignment?

I tried using Dynamo, but it only provides the point of intersection rather than the complete parcel information (such as area, owner, or other attributes).

Does anyone know a method to extract this data efficiently? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

With The Civil Nodes package you can access parcel geometry, so you can run an intersection test with the alignment geometry and filter accordingly
