Error: Input curve lies outside of CurveElement Sketchplane

Hi again,

I am trying to import some 3-dimensional Polycurves into Revit.
I am trying to use a technique for this that I have seen Vikram Subbaiah do in this thread, post 4.
However, I am getting an error:

“Input curve lies outside of CurveElement Sketchplane”

Some curves go fine, some return nulls.
Please see screenshot below:

Is anybody here familiar with this error, and knows how to solve it?
