Have you ever experience an anomaly on any of this two nodes.
Element.SetParameterByName_Core
Element.SetParameterByNameTypeOrInstance_Rhythm
I have a very simple graph and these node seems to miss writting the values of some random elements…
No idea why.
I cannot reproduce this behaviour in my pc, but it was definitely happening in other pc.
The packages used and the dynamo version is exactly the same.
Do you know what could be?
Could they be elements that are “Owned” by someone else on a workshared model?

No they were not.
If they were, we would be prompted with a warning and the whole graph wont work, correct?
Generally speaking yes, but then again these standard nodes work pretty much all of the time as well. Would you be able to upload an image and point out what elements are failing?
Also, you said it isn’t working on a single computer. Is that being ran on the same model or different models?
