Is it possible to install and use Dyno Browser in Civil 3d?
I am using Civil 3d 2021.
I also have Revit 2021.
Neither of them have Dyno Browser installed.
Is it a separate download and install.

No it is not possible unless Dyno Browser is re-coded for civil 3d.
This is because Dyno Browser utilises Revit Api to create the ribbon.
