Question for everyone: How long does it take to open your dynamo?
Typically about 5 seconds. How many packages do you have installed?

Delete topologic package It became 50 seconds
70 is way way way too many. Try to reduce it down to maybe 5-10 if you can.
Most users don’t have more than a few big ones installed generally. If you have 70 separate packages installed then this is most certainly the cause.

Which version of Revit are you using?
Make sure all packages are on the local disc. Packages with a lot of DLLs will load slower, and each of those DLLs has to be loaded one by one at the start. Reducing the number or not loading overly complex ones will help. You can try renaming your packages folder to ‘clear stuff out’ too.

My home base is 2022 generally as my business content is developed there but I use Dynamo in 2024 and 2023 regularly also. Try moving all packages temporarily from appdata and see what difference it makes to check that is the cause.
