Dynamo startup failure

Can anyone please shed any light on the error/warning/notification that I receive when attemption to start Dynamo?

Revit version is 2015 and Dynamo version is 1.2.1.

Was it working before? Did you install just now 1.2.1

Hi, it has worked in the past. Since it stopped working I have tried to re install 3 times but still receive the same message

@caldan Did you install any add-ins recently?

no nothing new installed recently

@caldan This seems to be a problem with the Dynamo Core. Can you please uninstall the Extension and any other Dynamo Core version from Control Panel and reinstall it back?
