Are you trying to open a 2.0 file with Dynamo 1.3 ?
I am not trying to open any dynamo file. Dynamo itself not opening
Could you please provide us more details, regarding other Revit plugins available on your system. Did you try installing an older version of Dynamo and did it work before? What’s your Dynamo and revit version?
Seems Dynamo cannot find the correct version of the geometry library - what is your system setup?
I re install revit. not its working.
