Part of adaptive family instance lost when creating Tunnel model

Hello everyone，I created a tunnel model using dynamo+adaptive family . I will try to introduce my workflow in few steps, and my confusion at last. step.1 I created one two point adaptive family , this family inlude one adaptive point and two reference points,as you can see.
