Grid is displayed
Preview of geometry components is missing

Your geometry display is working, but it looks like you are getting errors when creating geometric elements. What is the content of the yellow ‘pop up’ above the sphere creation nodes?
There is difference , in my case grid is displayed but component preview is missing .

but same problem and DirectX version is still 12

You need to install an application which the geometry library known as Autodesk Shape Manager or ASM. AutoCAD, Revit, or others will do the trick.

It means dynamo sandbox is not working as standalone application .
Can I use rhino libs
Not if you want to use the Autodesk provided geometry library.
