Dynamo Player grayed out on Revit 2018.3 for Dynamo 2.0

Hi, I’m working on the Dynamo 2.0 for revit 2018.3. There were 2 versions of Dynamo(1.3.2 and 2.0). But the Player grayed out when I launched Dynamo 2.0. So I Uninstall everything(Dynamo Revit and Dynamo Core 1.3.2 and 2.0, even the registry) and just reinstall dynamo 2.0. But player still gray out on my Revit.
So does it mean, Dynamo Player doesn’t work on Dynamo 2.0 for Revit 2018.3?

It works… are you trying to launch it after already opening Dynamo?

No I didn’t try to launch it after opening Dynamo. If I open Revit, the player is already grayed out.

Can you perform the following actions so we can get a good log to review?

  1. Restart your CPU
  2. Launch Revit
  3. Create a new project from any template
  4. Close Revit
  5. Go to %LocalAppData%\autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2018\Journals
  6. Post the most recent journal.****.txt file from that folder to this tread
