I use Dynamo in Revit 2023 it very slow in sometime just key text in string node it make program not responding. also i try same flow in Dynamo in Revit 2022 it not a problem
How to fix it?

Make sure all content is on the local disc, with any cloud mirroring off (including onedrive mirroring the entirety of the user data folders).
If that doesn’t help, try disabling all packages (rename your packages folder), and remove all Revit add-ins.
