my dynamo in Revit have a big bug.

My problem was solved. 
Uninstall modplus plugin
Yes, this issue is usually a result of adding or unsupported Dynamo + Host combinations.
Please provide a bit more insight into what you did to create the problem in the future. The screenshot helped as many of us have seen this before but for those who haven’t but might some day in the future a title like ‘nodes missing when I open any existing graph’ helps others find solutions via search.
