Dynamo and Journal File Automating Automation

Working through a journal file to run a dynamo script during the night. It’s working well except for two issues: 1. dynamo seems to hang on close. (wondering if others have solved that) 2. my default settings seem to get reset. I realize these are more journal questions than Dynamo, but thought they were relevant as @Andreas_Dieckmann’s packages are gaining popularity.
