Duct Annotation- Tag placement

Hi All,

I have all the ducts drawn at a certain level and have split them at 1400mm. Now its time for placing annotation tags. Our company preference would be like the image below

Duct lining/ Insulation------------------------------------Size

---------------------------- Duct Nmber---------------------

System Type -----------------------------------------------Length

I have to place all the tags and move them to location shown. Is there a way of automating the process using dynamo. Any Leads will be helpful.
