I have a number of circles in drafting view. I want to place detail item family at its place by dynamo. How can i do that.
You can use the FamilyInstance.ByViewAndPoint from the springs package to place detail items, otherways it’s quite easy with the ootb nodes:
Of course sanitize your inputs if you want to automatize this workflow, do not copy it blindly! This assumes that you only select circles in one view.
