Data.ImportExcel node sees FilePath as string

I’m new to dynamo, just started tutorial videos. I’m doing everything as instructed but it gives this error.
How to fix it?

I am new to dynamo and had this issue since yesterday. Thanks a lot for this! I had resorted to using a CSV format when i just saw this.
