Custom surface by patch and problem with divided surface

Hello there and thanks in advance.

I have this problem ;

i have created this hexagonal surface by patch and when i want to divide it by UV lines, dynamo creates and other rectangular surface from boundaries of hexagonal one , then it divides this rectangular surface.Lunchbox node is shown at screenshots below however i tried other nodes to divide surface but same results aswell.
What can i do to keep surface divisions in this hexagonal boundaries?
