I am trying to create lines going through the centre of 50 models to make them easy to rotate in another software. I want the lines to have a text label on the end, giving the name of each model. I have a list of the co ordinates for the lines and the names that co ordinate with those co ordinates. And I have created the lines successfully.
I am having a problem creating the text, I don’t think it’s possible to create text that is always facing the camera in 3D view, but if I could create two text rectangles and put them back to back, when rotating the model it will be easy to tell from front and back.
I am trying at the moment to get one piece of text on each line, but I don’t think my method is working. I can’t see any text in the model.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
