Just only finding time to finally post this. Create worksets and compare if workset exist already. Just simple graph that may come handy to whoever is looking for this.

You can also downgrade this to use the Dynamo Interface just remove few nodes and resave it as Classic.
There are a number of ways to do this but personally I like the UI++ version. Many thanks to Data-Shapes @Mostafa_El_Ayoubi for sharing his knowledge to better Revit and Dynamo.
