Create Structural Foundation slab from curves

I want to create a strucutral slab by curves ( curves are imported from atuoCAD)

The Cad file still needs cleanup,But i need the rectangles to be extruded as seperate foundation slabs.

The only difficulty is that you have to organize the curves.
