Create Pipe Fittings for Unconnected Pipes Using Script

Hi, I am fairly new to dynamo and would appreciate any help in creating a python script from my set of references that can be related for this thread. The concept would be finding all the starting and ending points of the pipes and determine where two, three or four points coincide then these will be the points where to insert the elbows, the tees or the crosses.

1. I have read a thread wherein you can get the list of pipes with pipe fittings https://forum.dynamobim.com/t/pipe-fitting-sorting-according-to-end/7967/5 , Instead of fittings it should be vice versa.

2. I also have read a blog that can be related to my problem, but I’m still learning the basics of python and having this reference seems very complex for me making me confused on how to place this on dynamo.

Hi Pearli,

I believe if you can try by these nodes, you can achieve what you are intending to, instead of using python.
These are Taco’s MEPOVER, majorly (mind other exceptions).
