Create IFC File without REVIT (Dynamo Sandbox)

Hi,
We don’t work with Autocad and Revit in my company but we use DWG from our client and import them in Vertex Software.
I want to know if it’s possible to create and export geometry as IFC created from DWG block origin with dynamo ? Is it possible to extract origin of block in DWG directly from Dynamo Sandbox ?

regarding CAD Blocks check out topics like this

I recommend you first check that the DWGs are suitable to generate an IFC with the data you need.

i.e. are the walls objects, or just parallel lines?
