Copy tags and Dimensions between projects

Hi guys,

Is that possible to copy dimensions and tags placed in views from one project to another using dynamo? If both projects are opened in same Revit instance.

Hey, I followed your tips, that was the best that I could do, but I am not understanding why the last node is not working. Everything else seems to be working fine.
