Can we copy Interior and Exterior elevation (callouts with annotation and dimensions) from 1 project to another

that sounds like a nightmare :wink:

I would not recomment that, annotations and dimension need always hosts. So it would get lost the stuff… even it would be the same project. Copied dimensions have the danger that the host could be not visible in the copied view!
