Is that passible to transform Revit 2018 RVT and RFA to Revit 2017 format via Dynamo?

This is not possible in Revit in general as files are not backwards compatible. I suppose you could export the family’s geometry and parameters and attempt to rebuild the family, but if the family’s geometry is modified by any formulas this will not work either.
