Align the first number of your Dynamo version (i.e. 2.x or 3.x) with the second number for the version of the Python package number as a start.
@achintya_bhat @solamour @emrullah.yildiz we still need the Dev team to get the package description updated so that users can understand which version they need for a given Dynamo build.
I am going to have to admit that I did not realize that this was the way that package worked.
