i runned dynamo file as described on same files but i got a problem with one of edges.
(i downloaded datasets from the up link)

Just watched your screencast. What’s the problem exactly?
the spline i view at the end is not exactly placed at the right place,
this spline is not supposed to be shown.
All the blue curves are preview from Dynamo. You can switch it off if you want to in view > background previews.
thats not the problem.

Ok, I’m sorry for misinterpreting. But in this case I’m afraid I don’t understand what the problem is.
That said, I’ve used this workflow and built on top of it and it worked fairly well for me.
after u launch the dynamo script do u see any blue splines at the edge?
