Choose inserted family in parameter

Hi All, I need to set parameter, the problem is that it’s not text or number, but an inserted family. So then you do it manually you need to choose by click. Also I’m struggling to filter list by name OTHERS (there is one unwanted element). Any ideas? Will appreciate any help

I’m not familiar with Python, I like that though so I want to understand it. In my case the nested family is divided by types as in picture, I tried to connect selected sheets in (1) and name of parameter to (2) and name of nested family in (3). But it didn’t work. SHould I replace something in the code, for me it doesn’t seems so, but maybe I should? Or it is not working because of TYPES of nested family?
