Changing Family Type from an excel file

hello, i kinda have problem where i have family types in the excel file, but i cant seem to figure out how to create them on revit, here is what i have so far

M_Concrete-Rectangular-Column:300 x 450mm
M_Concrete-Rectangular-Column:600 x 750mm
M_Concrete-Round-Column:450mm
M_Concrete-Rectangular-Column:600 x 750mm
M_Concrete-Rectangular-Column:600 x 750mm
M_Concrete-Round-Column:600mm
