Cant get custom node to work

Hello, i cant seem to get my custom node to work. When I have all the nodes for it layed out and working perfectly well in dynamo environment, I copy it and paste it into the custom node evironment, add the inputs and outputs and sometimes it even works fine after I save it and load it back into the dynamo project, but as soon as I save something or I restart dynamo, it fails! what gives? what am I doing wrong. please advise.
