Can not create a sweep follow the line

I try to create a sweep along the line and get this error

How can make the cross section intersect with the surface.

Thanks, almost got it the coordinate that I have for my cross section is (0,y,z)

The surface is flat on the line I try to rotate the geometry but it doesn’t rotate to correct axis. Can you please also help me on this.

I have try rotate it 90 degree now it is on the path, however same error still occur

For more information the nurbcurve I create is from the excel file (108 points)
