Can I display only the core boundary 'structure' of a wall in a view

Hi everyone,

I am very new to Dynamo and I am still learning the ins and outs. I thought I would ask this question now as it has always been of interest if it can be done. Currently when documenting in Revit we model our walls separately - structural wall (i.e. precast conc.) which I place on a structural workset, then lining walls (i.e. plasterboard on channel), etc, so I can then either filter or switch off worksets when I am doing concrete setout sheets and the like.

So, is there a way that I can essentially model a wall in its entirety, lets say 13mm PB, 64mm Stud, 200mm Conc., 64mm Stud, 13mm PB then use dynamo to only show the structural component of that wall, in this case the 200mm Conc.? Maybe through the core boundary function of that wall (this case ‘structure’)

I am not sure if this can be done, or if it would visually display correctly (or the way I want it too) within a view, but I am interested in knowing if this can be done via dynamo.

Thanks in advance for any comments

I second this, is there a dynamo guru to help with a solution on this?
