Building walls based on the same level details

Hi,

I wonder if there is an option\node to build up a wall based on the same level with offsets.
i.e. base: level XXXY offset 0
top: level XXXY offset 280
like it appears in the revit.

the issue is that I need to create a wall starting with an offset to the level
For using these nodes, I need to create a special level that will be the base for the wall
but than i get this level as part of the levels in the project.
It can not be deleted since then the wall based on it will be deleted too.
